As the Senior Pastor of Highland Assembly, Chris provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Moving to Highland in 2008 from Texas, Pastor Chris and Tricia have partnered with our church leadership team, members, and community to impact our area with the Gospel both inside and outside the walls of the church. One thing you will hear at Highland Assembly often is “We are the Hands and Feet of Jesus to Our Church and Community.” “PC”, as he is known in our community and church, has a tremendous passion for marketplace ministry, where people take their faith to their home, office, classroom, business, and school, shining the light of Christ in their area of influence. Pastor Chris and Tricia have a passion for rural ministry In the United States and he is in his final year of doctoral studies in Leadership through Southeastern University with an emphasis on rural and marketplace ministry.
He and Tricia have 4 amazing children, Taylor and Austin (son-in-law) who live in Kansas and serve in ministry and the marketplace. Myles, a professional firefighter/EMT/law enforcement officer in Highland and Kennedy a college student studying history and education.
Tricia Clem has served with Pastor Chris for 18 years in ministry adopting, as Co-Pastor, the same “CODE” Pastor Chris believes in. Some highlights of this code include:

- Tricia & Chris have three children (Taylor, Myles & Kennedy). Tricia loves to bake cakes, enjoys Starbucks coffee with friends, and has answered a calling by leading the women's ministry.
